This privacy policy informs you about how personal data is processed by rab-münchen when you visit this website and when you use our medical services. We act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and German medical confidentiality rules (§ 203 StGB).

2. Hosting
This website is hosted with ALL-INKL.COM, Friedersdorf, Germany. A data-processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Server log files are retained for a maximum of 7 days. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure provision of the website).
3. E-mail contact
When you contact us by e-mail, we process your data to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR. No data is shared with third parties.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics tools. Fonts are loaded locally as system fonts — no connection to external font servers.
5. No access to terminal equipment
Pursuant to § 25 TDDDG (German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act), no information is stored on your device and no information is read from your device.
6. Waitlist e-mail form
When you enter your e-mail to join the launch waitlist, we store your e-mail address, timestamp and page of origin. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by e-mailing muenchen@doktorakut.de.
7. Health data (special category under Art. 9 GDPR)
Where health data is processed in the course of medical treatment, this is done on the basis of Art. 9(2)(h) and (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 630a BGB (German Civil Code — treatment contract) and § 203 StGB (medical confidentiality). All health data is encrypted at rest.
8. Disclosure to third parties
Health data is disclosed to third parties only with your explicit release from medical confidentiality pursuant to § 203 StGB. This consent is revocable at any time.
9. Retention periods
Medical documentation: 10 years per § 630f BGB.
Invoices: 10 years per § 147 AO (German Fiscal Code).
Consents: 3 years after withdrawal or end of treatment.
E-mail correspondence: 6 months after resolution of the enquiry.
Waitlist sign-ups: until launch or withdrawal.
10. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, contact: muenchen@doktorakut.de.
11. Right to object
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR you have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please send objections to the address above.
